Jaslyn Cullen is a private Occupational Therapist specialising in Brachial Plexus Injuries, Peripheral Nerve Injuries and all conditons of the Hand, Wrist and Elbow. Jaslyn works along side Brachial Plexus surgeon Mr Alex O’Beirne and has just completed her role as an associate researcher in the area of Brachial Plexus Injuries.
Suzanne Caragianis, Adelaide, South Australia
Suzanne Caragianis graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy at SAIT (University of SA) in 1985, with a keen interest in treating hand injuries and burns. Her goal was to establish a centre of excellence where people with hand and arm injuries could get the best possible care.
After completing further studies in the United States, she qualified as a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991, one of the first in Australia. A year later, Suzanne established SA Hand Therapy, which today has a team of eight therapists plus support staff.
As part of her ongoing commitment to always provide the best possible techniques and technology to her patients, over the years Suzanne has completed more than 60 specialist courses, all round the world.

Melanie is a dedicated member of the Re-wired team, and as the Principal Therapist takes every opportunity to help better the practice and ensure all patients experience professional, evidenced based treatment sessions.
She had the wonderful opportunity of presenting her paper ‘The Functional Outcomes of Nerve Transfers in the Brachial Plexus Patient’ at the International Musculoskeletal Conference (S.O.N.S.) in Japan 2014 and is pleased to be continuing her passion for Hand Therapy with a specialty focus on Nerve Recovery following Brachial Plexus Injury.
Sara Brito, Melbourne, Victoria

Sara is excited to be involved in the writing up of Re-wired's first publication. She is currently analysing the data received from our study looking at 'Priorities of treatment for the Brachial Plexus Injured Patient'.
She is looking forward to her upcoming course where she will be analysing the use of Electrical Modalities in the Treatment of Hand injuries/Conditions. The Re-wired Team are eager to share in her new found knowledge so we can apply Best Practise to all our patients.
Sara is also looking forward to attending the upcoming AHTA National Conference in Oct 2013. Sara worked hard on helping to develop the Re-wired treatment guidelines for nerve transfer surgeries, which she enjoyed presenting at the AHTA meeting earlier this year.
